“I want to learn but I don’t have my permit! How do I get it?”
Getting your learners permit is easier than it seems. To get your learners permit you will need to read up on the Oregon Drivers Manual and pass a knowledge test at the DMV
Some things to know:
The test is multiple choice,
You need to score an 80% or better, and
The test covers information in the drivers manual!
